Role Overview:

To support the next stage of growth and globalization ambitions, we are looking for someone who can support our brand activation efforts for China. As an Account Manager for Porcelain Pte Ltd, your role is to participate in our expansion towards the Chinese Market by supporting existing efforts with online and offline distributors in China and managing relationship with distribution channels. You will work closely with the Head of China department and the China marketing team to meet the company’s business objectives.

Key Goals:

1. Ensure the correct & timely execution of the Distribution & Partnerships Strategy for China, and manage China channels

2. Coordinate efforts during rollout stages

3. Manage day to day operations with distributors and partners and coordinate internally with support functions

4. Own timelines & sales performance of accounts and make suggestions to improve performance

Responsibilities & Duties:

Distribution Development:

· Support the Head of China in the execution of the Distribution & Partnerships Strategy for the Chinese market

· Lead the setup of new distribution channels in both B2B and B2c formats starting from planning & rollout stages.

· Coordinate operations with other internal departments, e.g. logistics, marketing, finance

· Support if required on negotiating terms of any new arrangements between existing distributors and Porcelain

· Replicate and adapt existing distributor processes and Standard Operating Procedures across all accounts.

· Provide clear instructions on operational requirements so that departments can construct their SOPs

Distribution Management:

· Manage day to day Sales operations of existing Portfolio of Accounts

· Own sales management & performance for key accounts

· Coordinate operations with other internal departments, e.g. logistics, marketing, finance

· Maintain a close relationship with Distributors, and identify potential for new sales opportunities

· Own inventory forecast planning at Account level, coordinate with logistics team for execution

· Maintain a thorough distributor organizational chart with all key contacts showing responsibilities and role

· Ensure that a functioning and agreed upon invoicing-payment process is in place

· Support the team in discussions with potential partners & distributors: brainstorming of partnership formats and planning stages

Performance Management:

· With the help of Head of China, establish, maintain, and review account objectives annually

· Lead performance reporting from key accounts to internal management team

· Measure, analyze and report on relevant performance metrics for each account to compose plans and strategies to improve current performance

· Lead efforts of improvements and changes of approach based on metrics observed

Job Requirements:

· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin

· Previous experience in skincare or cosmetics industry, or similar sectors of activities in retail industries.

· Strong people skills and capacity to build and maintain relationship with distribution and business partners in China

· Hands on experience with Chinese market

· Proficient basic Microsoft Office software toolset : Word, Excel, PowerPoint…

· Ability to manage both online and offline distribution channels

· Strong business intuition: Experience in breaking down complex business problems into key levers digestible next steps

· Capacity to create data-driven insights and make informed decisions

· Project Management skills

· Should travel conditions allow, willingness to travel to China (<10%)

· At least 5 years prior experience in distribution channel management or as a Key Account Manager

Role Overview:

  • Being an ambassador of Porcelain and role model for all junior therapist
  • Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide professional advice
  • Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy
  • Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
  • Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
  • Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs and customer satisfaction survey
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
  • Cascading key training updates and sharing experience with junior therapist
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hand-on therapist experience
  • Possess CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other Beauty Certificates
  • Dedicated and Strong willingness to learn

Role Overview:

The Senior Branch Manager is responsible to support the Area Sales Manager on overall business results, sales budget, operational excellence as well as continued sales growth for the assigned branch. He/She is also required to support the whole team on operational scope and foster a positive environment according to Porcelain’s operational standards. This role reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Oversee the activities and performance of the branch(s) assigned and executing business continuity plan when necessary
  • Ensure the success of business results and sales budget by proposing a business plan to the Sales & Operations Manager
  • Monitor and ensure ratings for Daily Client Satisfaction Survey (DCSS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) meets KPI
  • Timely submission of rosters, sales, and operation reports
  • Involve in the planning and execution of all marketing and tactical promotion mechanics
  • Support and coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Lead and manage monthly target setting for each therapist
  • Manage customers package plans by working closely with Client Relations and Customer Success team
  • Coach & lead the sales teams on Porcelain selling methods and tools
  • Resolve, track, and monitor customer feedback and complains
  • Maintaining the store standard through monthly store audit, identifying, and solving areas of improvement.
  • Lead and responsible for store audit and inventory checks
  • Regular staff performance evaluation and identify performance gaps
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and meeting to the standard of Porcelain Treatments and Product knowledge
  • Recognise employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Coordinate trainings when there is new product and treatment offerings
  • Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 6 years of experience in Beauty/Spa industry and experience managing a team

· Sales experience is an added advantage

This role supports the Marketing & Communications Department in Social Media & Content as well as the other marketing department initiatives for Porcelain. Full-Time/Part-Time working arrangement negotiable.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Researching on industry-related topics
  • Creating various content types with relevant tones and style, adhering to the respective style guides
  • Utilizing various digital platforms to create structured drafts
  • Targeting content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
  • Incorporate social media posts on websites and social media platforms
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns/events
  • Other duties as required

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager will lead the development and implementation of the overall digital media and marketing strategies to drive digital presence and manage the ecommerce business. He/she will be working with agencies and with the various department heads in strategy and execution of plans to achieve targets. This manager will need to be a strong communicator, adept at all areas pertaining to the function and will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Ecommerce Business Acceleration

· Create and maintain E-commerce marketing calendar

Web and Email Marketing

Paid Marketing

· Define right paid media channels and allocate budget and resources to maximize result

· Deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimization to improve sales leads and conversion success

· Manage various channels from user experience, the user journey, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), AB testing and re-targeting

Job Requirements:

· Min. 6+ years of experience of relevant experience

· Proactively seek and gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

· Lead, plan and be a brand ambassador for talent acquisition activities, such as career day, campus branding and recruitment, career fairs and talks etc.

· To participate in graduate recruitment initiatives, talent programs, being the touch point to build relationship with campuses like ITEs and Universities

· Build employer brand with necessary outreach to promote social awareness and generate positive recruitment result.

· Continuous improvement on recruitment policy, process, and system for sustainable results within budget and in compliance

Compensation & Benefits (10%)

· Benchmarking against industry & market trend and propose & develop effective Compensation & Benefits policies such as KPIs, annual appraisals, succession planning, budgeting & its metrics for evaluation and tracking purposes

· Manage and implement the performance management process and annual remuneration review exercises

Job Requirements:

A Degree in Business or HRM is preferred

At least 4 years of similar capacity in retail/FMCG/F&B environment

Role Overview:

The Therapist is responsible for recommending and selling the appropriate treatment and products to customers, performing all treatment services according to Porcelain’s standards and achieving sales goals every month.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Being an ambassador of Porcelain
    Provide scalp treatments and related services such as washing, blowing and drying, etc.
  • Undergo training to be well versed in all types of treatments, products, machines & equipment and promotions offered by outlet from time to time.
  • Be Customer Service oriented with ability to respond to queries on treatments and products
  • Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide professional advice
  • Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy
  • Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
  • Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
