Role Overview:

The Therapist is responsible for recommending and selling the appropriate treatment and products to customers, performing all treatment services according to Porcelain’s standards and achieving sales goals every month.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company.
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide professional advice.
  • Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness & neatness of workstations.
  • Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies.
  • Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.

Role Overview:

A Client Relations Executive role is to initiate and nurture steady relationships with all customers. An effective Client Relations Executive should maintain contact with clients, work to understand and advise them on which of Porcelain’s products or treatment services could best support their needs at the same time ensuring the alignment with Porcelain’s philosophy and objectives.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Performing basic front desk duties like attending to walk in customers, answering email, phone or appointment booking enquiries in a professional manner and up to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure all interactions with customers are handled professionally with care and adhering to company’s policies and procedures, escalating feedbacks or complaint cases where required.
  • Communicate and work closely with therapists on skin analysis & consultation with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention & loyalty.
  • Follow up with clients about their skin conditions and treatment progress.
  • Record and update all communication with clients in the CRM system (Zenoti) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Equipped with sales, customer service and skincare knowledge to educate customers on Porcelains Products & Services
  • Promote & up-sell products, services, and package to maximize sales opportunities where possible.
  • Support in checking and managing store product inventories and requisition.
  • Manage POS, payment terminals and day-to-day store opening and closing procedures.

Role Overview:

The Retail Management Trainee (MT) will participate in necessary training programs that are designed to equip the role with the proficiency and expertise of a manager. The incumbent will get up close and personal with our business and various support units, gaining experience and insight in both the business and industry in the form of hands-on experiential learning and rotation.

Upon the successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, the MT will be granted a junior manager role within the operations department. E.g., Assistant Branch Manager or Sales & Operations Role.

Role Overview:

The General Manager will be responsible for running the entire spa business portfolio and ensuring the business will continue to grow according to Porcelain’s corporate strategy plan. The GM will also be expected to have the ability to lead the entire corporate team overtime by developing and executing companywide business strategies without compromising on our people, service, and operational excellence. This Is a key leadership role for Porcelain where the incumbent should have strong understanding of beauty and service retail Industry.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Finance

  • Accountable for by work closely with Head of Finance to create and manage annual budgets, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow of the business

Human Resource

  • Work closely with the Head of HR to drive the Porcelain Culture, improve performance, increase staff progression, engagement and decrease attrition rates
  • Secure partnerships with schools, and other government agencies to ensure there is a consistently high-quality talent pipeline
  • Work with team leaders to boost morale, communication, transparency within the firm

Marketing

  • Work closely with Head of Marketing to elevate the brand
  • Ability to drive performance of the business through development of sound marketing strategies and tactical online and offline
  • Ensure zero negative PR and drive positive PR
  • Keeping abreast with the market trends, needs and best practices and creating innovative ways of improving business competitiveness
  • Create strong internal communications plan and strategies

Sales and Operations

  • Responsible for the development, execution and performance of business strategies for revenue generation and market share growth
  • Spearhead all expansion plans, including new store openings and franchise plans
  • Ensure compliance legally
  • Strong technological/digital background and adept at using multiple systems – CRM, Microsoft etc
  • Ability to improve operational efficiency and maintain high service quality
  • Customer focused and people focused
  • Work with training and r&d department to identify new trends and develop new service offerings

Management

  • Encourage and create an environment that promotes innovative thinking and practices
  • Responsible for bringing various departments together to drive results

This is a Permanent Part Time role supporting the Assistant Brand Manager in creative & design as well as the other brand initiatives for Porcelain.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Study briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualized visuals based on requirements
  • ​Prepare drafts and present ideas- ​Develop illustrations, and other designs
  • Using appropriates colors and layouts for each graphic
  • ​Work with Creative Specialist to produce final design
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Support in retail spa visual merchandising
  • Support campaign photo-shoots
  • Other duties as required
