Digital Marketing And Ecommerce manager

Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager will lead the development and implementation of the overall digital media and marketing strategies to drive digital presence and manage the ecommerce business. He/she will be working with agencies and with the various department heads in strategy and execution of plans to achieve targets. This manager will need to be a strong communicator, adept at all areas pertaining to the function and will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

Ecommerce Business Acceleration
• Create and maintain E-commerce marketing calendar
• Drive brand’s Ecommerce growth by developing onsite campaigns and ensuring ecommerce principles are incorporated to provide the desired brand and consumer experience
• Develop with support of agencies or internal sources best in class, conversion driving content strategy and assets.

Web and email marketing
• Responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure objectives are met
• Plan, build and execute email acquisition and blast campaigns

Paid Marketing
• Define right paid media channels and allocate budget and resources to maximize result
• Deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimization to improve
sales leads and conversion success
• Manage various channels from user experience, the user journey, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), AB testing and re-targeting
• Perform daily optimisation of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative
and landing page testing to maximise ad spends

Performance Marketing & Marketing Analytics
• Optimize digital media strategy for all campaigns and creatives to drive engagement & conversion and evaluate the key metrics and media performance
• Provide regular reporting of all digital campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitoring results from web analytics tool and make required optimizations
• Identify new opportunities to drive digital growth through close monitoring of consumer trends and insights
• Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Other data reporting, analysis, and presentation to key stakeholders

• Partner closely across multi-disciplinary teams (Operations, Inventory, Brand Marketing)
• Manage and lead the Digital Marketing Team in Singapore and/or Philippines
• Manage and track marketing budget

Job Requirements:
• Min. 6+ years of experience of relevant experience
• At least one-year of management experience
• A team player and a self-starter with proactive attitude
• Impressive track record as a Digital Marketing strategist or Performance Marketing manager
• Digitally proficient (Woocommerce, Shopify, WordPress) and MS Office Application (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Familiarity with web design, CSS and HTML a plus
• Understanding of media execution and performance metrics
• Analytical and results-driven
• High level of both verbal and written English communication is preferred
