Beauty Therapist

Role Overview:

- Being an ambassador of Porcelain and role model for all junior therapist

- Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company

- Assess clients’ needs and provide professional adviceRecommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients

- Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy

- Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations

- Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies

- Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs and customer satisfaction survey

Branch Manager

Role Overview:

The Senior Branch Manager is responsible to support the Area Sales Manager on overall business results, sales budget, operational excellence as well as continued sales growth for the assigned branch. He/She is also required to support the whole team on operational scope and foster a positive environment according to Porcelain’s operational standards. This role reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Oversee the activities and performance of the branch(s) assigned and executing business continuity plan when necessary

- Ensure the success of business results and sales budget by proposing a business plan to the Sales & Operations Manager.

- Monitor and ensure ratings for Daily Client Satisfaction Survey (DCSS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) meets KPI.

- Timely submission of rosters, sales, and operation reports.

- Involve in the planning and execution of all marketing and tactical promotion mechanics.

- Support and coordinate with marketing on lead generation.

- Lead and manage monthly target setting for each therapist.

- Manage customers package plans by working closely with Client Relations and Customer Success team

- Coach & lead the sales teams on Porcelain selling methods and toolsResolve, track, and monitor customer feedback and complains.

- Maintaining the store standard through monthly store audit, identifying, and solving areas of improvement.

- Lead and responsible for store audit and inventory checks

- Regular staff performance evaluation and identify performance gaps

- Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and meeting to the standard of Porcelain Treatments and Product knowledge

- Recognise employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment

- Coordinate trainings when there is new product and treatment offerings

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Researching on industry-related topics

- Creating various content types with relevant tones and style, adhering to the respective style guides

- Utilizing various digital platforms to create structured drafts

- Targeting content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics

- Incorporate social media posts on websites and social media platforms

- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies

- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns/events

- Other duties as required
