Porcelain will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by the postal / courier service.
 
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to almost every destination. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to regulations that prohibit the transport of goods that can be considered dangerous. If you face any difficulties placing an international order, please contact us at knockknock@porcelainskin.com for assistance. All orders purchased from PORCELAINSKIN.COM are shipped from Singapore.
 
What are the delivery options available?
We currently offer 2 delivery options in Singapore, with order tracking services.
  1. Standard Delivery (1-3 working days)
  2. Next Day Delivery (1 working day) *Only available upon request. Top-up of delivery charges is applicable

Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday from 10am – 7pm (GMT+8).
 
What are the delivery fees for Local Shipping?
Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above S$60. For orders below S$60, a standard delivery fee of S$3.90 will apply.
 
What are the delivery fees for International Shipping?
International shipping charges varies accordingly to countries.

Malaysia
Enjoy complimentary international shipping for orders above S$200. For orders below S$200, a standard delivery fee of S$20 will apply.

Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Cambodia, Brunei, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam
Enjoy complimentary international shipping for orders above S$200. For orders below S$200, a standard delivery fee of S$30 will apply.

Australia and United States (US) Enjoy complimentary international shipping for orders above S$300. For orders below S$300, a standard delivery fee of S$50 will apply. For other countries that are not covered by your location, Please email us at knockknock@porcelainskin.com to assist you further.

Do you offer express delivery?
We currently do not offer express delivery at the moment.
 
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Please email us at knockknock@porcelainskin.com with your order number and estimated delivery date for assistance.

What happen to a failed delivery?
If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, we will attempt to re-deliver your order on the next available date. If both delivery attempts have failed, there will be a re-delivery fee that you will have to pay.

Can I pick up my online order at the spa?
Unfortunately, as porcelainskin.com runs on a different stockist from our spa outlets, pick-ups are currently not available.

I just placed an order online, when can I expect it to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days after order has been made.
