As higher priority is placed on bookings made through the app –– it will be an easier and smoother experience for clients when it comes to booking their appointments. With the app’s push notifications, clients get to enjoy first-hand updates on the latest news and promotions through the app’s push notifications.
Clients will be able to peruse through a wide range of available timeslots, fuss-free appointment bookings, view their past visits, their current appointment schedule, skin quiz and analysis, past purchases and the remaining treatments left on their packages.
You may login via your mobile phone number that you have registered with us during your visit. The system will automatically sync your account details directly into your Porcelain app. In the case of multiple users sharing the same mobile number, please contact us at +65 6227 9692. Likewise, you can also link your social accounts directly to the app, which you will be able to login with one-tap.
Tap into the “Appointments” icon as seen on the dashboard. From there, you will be able to see your upcoming appointments’ status on whether it has been reserved, confirmed or pending. You may also tap on the “clock” icon to view all your Past Appointments that has been completed. By enabling the Push Notifications function under your phone settings, you will be able to receive alerts on your appointments and updates.
The timeslots displayed are dependent on the specific treatments and locations –– especially for the extractions and premium facials. Do take note that certain treatments are exclusively offered at specific outlets as indicated in the drop-down menu.
Typically, treatment slots are opened up to 2 months in advance (eg. October’s slots will be released in August).
We want to make sure that your appointment(s) follows the treatment plan and suits your skin. There are certain treatments that can’t be done consecutively within a short period of time and we would like to ensure the best experience for our clients before an appointment slot is reserved.
Yes, just proceed to the “Appointments History” and click the “Rebook” button.
There is a section under “Book an Appointment” where you can select your desired add-ons. If no add-ons are required, you may leave the section un-selected.
All bookings made on the app are regarded as appointment requests and not confirmed. Once your slot has been confirmed, the booking will appear under “Upcoming Appointments”. It will take less than 48 hours prior to date to confirm.
We hope to fully maximise slots for all our clients as there may be a huge demand for treatments on certain days. As a result, some treatments had to be adjusted in order to comfortably suit everyone’s needs.
Under “Select Therapist” simply choose your preferred therapist to see their available treatment slots. Please choose another date if there are no available slots.
Yes, appointments can be cancelled via the app 72 hours in advance. If you decided to cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the appointment, kindly contact Client Relations Team to reschedule.
Yes, it can be done. At the top of the appointment details, tap onto the “Add to Calendar” button. This will prompt your mobile to sync the appointment to your default calendar.
Yes, appointments can be cancelled through the app 72 hours in advance. If you wish to cancel your slot in less than 72 hours before the appointment, kindly contact our Client Success Team directly for this request.
We recommend that you check in at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In an event of a late arrival, Porcelain reserves the rights to reduce the duration of the treatment accordingly or end the session on the scheduled time.
**Full payment of the entire treatment will still be chargeable to the client.
**Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes, appointment will be cancelled automatically.
Unfortunately, any cancellation or rescheduling after your confirmation will be regarded as Last Minute Cancellation.
For Last-Minute Cancellation or no-show, it will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.
You may check it under “My Appointments” –– it will display the number of sessions you have left with us along with its expiry date.
There’s a portion on the mobile app where you can take the Porcelain Skin Quiz. Upon completion, a personalised regime will be recommended to you!
Each Porcelain client has a customised treatment plan catered to their skin condition and needs. With the Porcelain App, you can now check your personalised treatment plan, that will enable you to pre-schedule and plan your future appointments.
Worry no more! Under “My Products”, you will be able to view the recommended steps and dosages for your product usage (eg: the number of pumps to use and how often it should be used). Any additional notes and tips will also be displayed at the top of your curated prescription details.
Yes, it will be possible. The “Skin Analysis” section gives you an overview on how your skin doing. Your skin type and latest skin analysis results will be displayed there. You may also filter into specific areas of the face for the results.
You may find the details under “Purchase History”. An order number will be displayed along with your order status.
Yes, you can find it under “Purchase History”. There is an option to select “Order Again” based on your past purchase. You will be then navigated into the Shopping Cart page to proceed with the checkout directly.
You can always turn on your settings of Push Notifications. Likewise, you may opt-in to receive all transactional emails, newsletters and promotions by selecting the “Settings” icon on the top right corner of the dashboard.
