FAQ

Why does my skin feel sticky immediately after applying?

While the low molecular Hyaluronic acid is absorbed quickly, our serum's high molecular Hyaluronic acid is supposed to sit on the skin's surface. This forms a film on the skin's surface when applied. When too much is applied, this film can feel sticky or tacky. High humidity levels may also contribute to this sticky feeling.

To minimise this feeling, we recommend following up with a lightweight moisturiser to help it absorb into the skin more effectively.
