SHIPPING/ EXCHANGES

Porcelain will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by the postal / courier service.

Do you ship globally?
Yes we do! Fill in the shipping country and city to calculate the total shipping costs during checkout.
All our international shipments are door-to-door delivery provided by DHL Express Worldwide with tracking available.
Please refer to your order confirmation email for more details.

 

What are your shipping rates?
Domestic shipping via local courier comes at a flat rate of $4.90 nett.
International shipping varies depending on country zones. The exact amount can be calculated during checkout.

How long will my orders take to reach me?
We try our best to process and pack your orders within 7 business days from receiving your order and payment. After that, we entrust our courier service to deliver these to your specified address. Please note that this might take longer during peak periods or festive seasons.
An email notification will be sent when the order has been shipped.

What’s your return / exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is incorrect – in which case, we’re sorry!
If you received the incorrect product, drop us an email at admin@porcelain.com.sg. We’ll ensure the right one reaches you. Please return the unused product and we will issue an exchange. Returned products must be received at our office unopened/unused in original packaging and in resalable condition.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address after confirming your order, please drop us an email at admin@porcelain.com.sg or a call at 6227 9692 as soon as you can. 

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the provision of an incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee will be charged and borne by the client.

Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes, we do, and this is a bonus-add option for our clients because we love you!
But please bear in mind that while we want as much as you to get your hands on our products ASAP, we cannot fulfill pickups in-store within minutes (or even within the same day) of your online order. Our inventory for online orders come from another warehouse (not our stores!) … which means it takes time to pack and deliver them to us, and then from us to you (via our stores).

How long after my order must I wait to pick it up in-store?
In-store pickup is available at any of our store locations after 7 business days:
