Does Hydrating Face Scrub cause dryness or tightness to the skin?

No. Though the granules are actually jojoba and bamboo powder microspheres to provide gentle epidermal exfoliation. It does not dry or tighten the skin. The active ingredient, Cuateteco stimulates the skin’s ability to normalise skin hydration. It has remarkable anti-inflammatory properties, traditionally used in wound healing.

Why is Nourishing oil applied before Hyaluronic Acid Ampoule?

In view of weak barrier, sensitivity, dryness and skin peeling. This is to counter sensitivity, and dehydration caused by external aggressors. Omega 6 and 9 from the nourishing oil helps to strengthen and prepare the skin barrier from possible shock.

Which treatment should I do to build my skin resilience? ClearPurity or Barrier Booster+ Facial?

This should not be about one versus the other. ​

Each treatment functions uniquely to restore the skin barrier and enhance resilience. ClearPurity delicately eliminates surface impurities, maintaining skin's integrity, allowing recalibration, improved product absorption, and enhanced moisture retention. Meanwhile, the Barrier Booster+ Facial treatment identifies lipid barrier deficiencies and addresses them. What should I take note of on my first appointment with Porcelain?

For first-time clients, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. You will be required to complete a medical indemnity form. 

For subsequent visits, please try to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your prompt arrival will help us ensure all clients receive full and quality service in a timely manner. 

In an event of a late arrival, Porcelain reserve the right to reduce the duration of the treatment accordingly or end the session on the scheduled time. Do note that full payment of the entire treatment will still be chargeable to the client. 

Your appointment will be cancelled with a lateness of more than 30 minutes.

Are Porcelain products used in the treatments?
