Products vs Treatment Memberships

Porcelain offers 2 different kinds of membership. One for products and one for treatment services bought in our spas. Point accumulation amount and rewards will differ for products and treatments memberships. Join both and maximise your rewards!

  • Products

    Points will be collected based on the amount spent on products bought on Porcelainskin.com and in our spas.

    How to Join

    1. Click on SIGN UP to join. It's free! Skip if you are already a member on our website.
    2. Make a purchase of at least $1 on our website to activate your membership.
    3. For every action made, you will earn points in the Product Membership.
    4. Accumulate points and redeem them on your future orders. The more points you earn, the more you can save.

  • Treatments

    Point will be collected based on the amount spent on treatment services exclusively from our spas.

    How to Join

    1. Click on BOOK if you a first-time customer at our spas. Ignore if you are already a Porcelain Spas member.
    2. Spend at least $1 on treatment services in our spas to activate.
    3. For every action made, you will earn points in the Treatment Membership.
    4. Accumulate points and redeem them on future appointments. The more points you earn, the more you save.

FAQ

Can I join both memberships?

Yes you can join both Product and Treatment memberships. Utilise both to maximise the rewards. You may use the same mobile number and email for both as well.

Why is there 2 memberships?

To provide a more seamless omnichannel experience, we have separated the membership programmes into two categories - products & treatments. There will also be slightly different benefits and rewards for each programme.

What if I have bought from Porcelain recently?

Do not fret! Your tier will be adjusted based on your total spend for this year (1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023). However, points accumulation will be based on 1st May 2023 onwards. 

Can I use the same mobile number and email for both memberships?

Yes you can! For products membership, simply register via our website. For treatments membership, simply book an appointment or start purchase in stores.

How can I check my points balance?

For Product Membership: You can check the balance by loging into your account on www.porcelainskin.com. For Treatment Membership: You can check it through our Porcelain mobile app. If it is not installed, feel free to ask our therapist in our spas.

How do I redeem my rewards?

For Online: Your rewards will be shown in the rewards page when you sign in. You can apply the reward at checkout. In Stores: Simply inform our staff of the reward you would like to redeem for either products or services and we will process it for you. 

Can I join the memberships if I am not based in Singapore?

We recommend you to join the Product Membership as you claim the rewards. All points awarded will be based on SGD. You may still sign up for Treatment Membership. However, do note that points can only be attained if you purchase treatments in our spas which are located in Singapore.

Can I transfer or share my membership account or points?

Your membership account cannot be transfered or shared with others, even if it's a family member. We are unable to combine or transer points to other accounts or between the 2 memberships.

Can I transfer or share my complimentary service rewards?

The complimentary service reward can only be redeemed and used by use. It cannot be transfered or shared with others.

Can I transfer or combine points between the 2 memberships?

Points cannot be transferred or combined between the 2 memberships even if it is both your account.

What are the terms and conditions?

Points will expire 365 days from purchase date for both products and treatment memberships. Complimentary treatment rewards cannot be transferred to someone else and can only be redeemed by the membership account holder. Points cannot be transferred from Product Membership to Treatment Membership or vice versa.
